Coverflix accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking, Upi, Wallets &. 50% COD (cash on delivery) payments.
Return and Refund Policy:
Please do not self-ship any product back to our facility unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.
If you have placed an order for a custom product and we have delivered an incorrect product/defective product or If you believe that you have received the incorrect item, or if you are facing any issues such as bad fitting, damage during shipment, manufacturing defects, firstly, we offer our apologies. Furthermore, you can send an email to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue immediately.
While sending us an email, please attach necessary pictures and videos that may describe your issue better. This will help speed the process up.
Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed the same, they will help you with a free replacement or a full refund on the amount paid by you.
If you ordered any product with 50% COD (cash on delivery) and when product is out for delivery if you denial to take delivery in that case refund cannot procced.
If courier service couldn’t contact/reach at you because of your contact/address is not correctly mention by you at time of placing order in that case RTO (Return to Origin) will be initialized. we cannot procced refund, we will re-send courier when we receive RTO courier. Extra delivery charges may apply to you.
What products are not eligible for return or replacement?
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
Any product that return period is over given by us.
Any product that we sent correctly given by the order.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
